What Board-ready means here
Board-ready means the suite is set up as the Georgia licensing board defines an established place of business. Rule 681-6-.01 requires a permanent building where the required records are kept and sales are negotiated, a working landline listed in the trade name, and a permanent sign in that trade name. An office suite is allowed when it also meets Rule 681-3-.05, including a separate outside entrance and a separate suite or office number. The office and inspection guide is the checklist. The statute also sets size and other physical standards. Read O.C.G.A. § 43-47-2(3) and confirm the current standard with the Board. This page does not restate a size number.
Ready for inspection is the next step for a new license. The April 2024 packet says a preliminary inspection happens before the Board issues a license, and not to submit the application until the facility is ready. A suite can be Board-ready as this site uses that phrase and still not be an issued license. The Board inspects, and the Board decides.
Month to month, and what is included
The suites are month to month. The pricing page states when an office is charged: your card is vaulted when you apply, and office only is charged when building management accepts. The first bill is first rent for that suite, prorated when the suite prorates, any setup fee, and the security deposit, plus the Monthly Platform & Technology Charge. Phone, utilities, and Wi-Fi are part of the office offer on the pricing page. Zoning documentation for a platform suite is provided by Omni Consultants, LLC. The local zoning authority still decides zoning.
Your own office is a different path
Consulting only is for a person who already has, or will have, an office. You are responsible for that space meeting the established-place-of-business rules, including zoning, signage, and photos. Omni does not obtain zoning for that office. A move into the City of Atlanta, or any other city, is a zoning question for that address and a Board change-of-location filing if you are already licensed.
